Almost a year ago I can across this 1945 Wheat Penny, and its actually easy to identify, but it has some crazy damage almost like it was taken off the before it was cool. If anyone has any idea or knows what it is I would appreciate any input. You can see where the 9 in 1945 is almost gone. Lincoln's head has been scalped well.. it appears that way. Then you can see other places. The photos are in HD so I hope you can view them easily. I'm just interested in what happened to it, are their others like it? And what it could be worth. Really interested in it.

He nailed it, just damage. Also it couldn't have happened because of the coin still being hot. Coins aren't made using molds. They are made using dies.
