I was just looking in my change bucket where I put my leftover change. Felt something different in my hand. Turns out it is a Indian head penny. In perfect condition but can't make out the date. Not into coin collecting just metal detecting. Anyway, I saw that they stopped issuing them in 1909 I think. I have to get a magnifying glass or something to see the date. I would post it but can't find my usb cord. Are they worth anything?

Those are always a nice surprise! I was tumbling some clad and found a silver Roosie in among them....always welcome! On a side note, If you can't make out the date, I doubt it's in "perfect" condition! :laughing7: Check it out with a good loupe and see what the date is. Some are worth quite a bit of money even in lower grades.
