It looks like a Connecticut Copper or other colonial coinage, but I can't ID it. I also don't think there is a British penny for this year (although note two different years on the reverse).

Nice CT! And is struck over a Nova! That could be a great coin! Worth looking further into it.

My brain is a little fried right now, have to eat, but I will be coming back to look at this again.

Looks like it is a Miller 4.1-K I am not sure but think a CT struck over a NOVA is not too uncommon, however, it sure is nice to so easily see that it was struck over one so perhaps more interest in the coin than usual. I sure would love to have one like that with such ease of seeing the overstrike.
