It will depend on condition. Culls are generally only worth the silver content unless it's a rare date/mint mark. The 36D and 38 would need to be VG or better to have any value over melt. The 43D and 49 would need to be XF or better for any premium.

Even a BB variety wouldn't be worth anything above melt if the coin is a cull.
