My dad gave me a huge tin of wheat cents yesterday that he inherited when his mom passed away. There are thousands of wheats in it. I am going to go through them and make rolls of the same dates and look for errors, varieties, and rare dates. I will update this thread with a detailed list of everything in the tin. I have looked through a few handfuls and I have already found a 1909. I am hoping to complete a set of 1941-1958 wheat cents.

Sorry I haven't had a chance to update this sooner, but I have been pretty busy. I made a list of the pre 1940 wheat cents. There was also a little less than $30 worth of 40's and 50's wheat cents.

Don't forget to look for the 1955 Double Die or any other double die.

Yes, you do, lol. Because every year has varieties and I can't imagine the OP taking the time to find them all, so we must point out the biggies. It's unlikely but you did point out a couple that should never be overlooked.
