1980 d penny which one is an error

heres 2 1980 d pennies and the d mint mark is in a different place on each penny. is one of them an error and if so which one? and if it is an error what kind of error is iy? thanks

Previous to 1992, mintmarks were hand-punched into dies, so they would not be in the same place. After 1992, they were punched into the master die, so there won't be much, if any, movement.

Wow, what knowledge you can find out from t-netters! Thanks. Thought I knew everything about Lincoln pennies. Do folks collect them by different MM locations?
