I think it's better than good. It's at least VG10 and more likely F12. It will depend on the obverse detail and if you can read all the letters of Liberty or not. It's a little unclear in the photo. The reverse would grade even higher. The odd coloring might not bring top dollar for the grade however....not that it's valuable. Common date so it's at most a $5 coin.

You can read liberty still. I don't know how to grade coins that good yet thanks for the help
