I agree with the grading and have sold a few of these in the 50 - 60 ish range. The issue is that if you ask more then that you have to be sure the coin has not been cleaned. The only real way, a buyer is totally satisfied is by having it graded. If it was graded by NGC or PCGS you could get probably double that as long as it came back with a grade and did not show as cleaned.

The problem with coin values publications is that they try to increase prices over-time because that's what collectors expect to see, but with ebay, small dealerships and small coins shows you can now buy most coins for less than the listed retail. Also you need to look at the source for their values because they're often for coins certified by a top grading service, so their values are no good for raw coins.
