Strike Error?

I was looking through my dimes under a 30X magnifine glass and I came across this one dime. This dime is a 1993 minted P. It has a scratch from the torch to the left side of the O and to the rim.

This scratch is the opposite of a inward scratch. This scratch is outward. It looks like its striked. What do you think? Is this a striked error? I'll post a closer picture later on.

This is indeed a die crack. Any idea how much its worth with a die crack error? Probably not that much I wouldn't think.
