What do you think this barber quarter grades?

Elf Barber Quarter Dollar 1895 s F | eBay
I'm interested in possibly purchasing it. Seems to have really strong detail, and I want to say it's VF, when the seller is selling it as "F"

"F" catalogs in Coins Magazine for 77$, and VF catalogs for around 125$ (128 to be exact)

This is the 1895 S MM to the far right, and not in the center.

What do you think the grade is? F-12? F-15? VF-20? greater? Lower?

F-12 to F-15 IMO and overpriced. This one (1895 s Barber Quarter Semi Key Date Low Mintage VG F | eBay) which is a little lower in grade went for $25. and this one (1895s 25c Barber Quarter VF | eBay) is nicer than the one you are looking at and auctioned at $62. I'd pass.
