The first coin suffered from Post Mint damage (PMD) do to being another coin being struck (very hard) in to coin in the pic or vice versa. I can't tell much about the coin in the secon pic as the pic is too blurry but if you are referring to what appears to be doubling on the "1" in the Date, then I believe that it is no more than Machine Doubling. However, better pics and some information might help!
