I guess it straight forward. Is this a FSB? Again. I went from coin roll hunting to numismatics and im learning daily. Thanks

I am sorry but I don't think so! It appears that the cut or nick in the upper three bands cuts through the upper two bands and breaks the continuous splt in the three bands. Also, it appears that there is wear or a ding on the far right side of the two middle bands that has merged them together. If so, then this also does not qualify as Split Bands. I have a lot of Gem BU and high Uncirculated similar to your's with them failing to meet the criteria for the "Full Split Bands" designation.
