I don't really think that it is a Double Die! It appears that it may be an effect of the lighting when the Seller took the photograph. When you get it in hand, inspect it and see if you can see doubling on the Obverse or Reverse and if so, take pics and post them on here and we will give you our best analysis.

I don't think it is a doubled die either. There may be some strike doubling, but it looks like the coin has been heavily polished and may have made it look like doubling in the photo. As Frank said, you should be able to tell more when it is in hand.
