I see what you mean

1909 - S front

1909 s VDB Front

svdb.jpg

same coin see marks including scoop from nose

I wonder if an Error on the pics while setting them up,
or if something is up.

Definitely a set you would want to by in person though

& the reverse of the VDB is under different light
and appears better condition

Maybe he just used the same photo twice. Honest mistake?

yes it is possible.

by looking at the Wheats, I would say if that is the reverse of an S VDB it is a very valuable one.

High grade

Not mint, but up there

Ok, thanks everyone for the help. I was mainly asking because the rev. of the '09s has a blunt tipped wheat ear which is a sign of a repro. And the '14D just looked weird compared to my '14S. Im asking what price and hoping i can get it for a steal.

I

don't know on the Repro thing, I'm no expert,
But If that is an S VDB , id say it could grade to fine condition
if the front looks as good as the reverse
which also could make it a thousand dollar coin.it

is worn enough I don't think it would grade higher
