So I believe this to be a 1954S/S-Concea-001. I just need some help on grade/price and if it is truly a 1954S/S-001.(there is some coin counter dmg. on the obverse and reverse.)

Yes that is it. Nice find! It might grade fine, but the damage hurts it. Still probably worth a couple of dollars.
