Hey Guys
I'm new to the forum and im wondering if anyone has any idea what type of coin this is. The coin is very corroded but has a 4|6 in the middle. The backside is blank as it is worn away, tks

Is the front covered with pitch? If so maybe you should clean it with a soft rag and a little gasoline. Be sure to wear some rubber gloves.

I don't think I would be cleaning anything with gasoline...

As an alternative, try using hardware store acetone.
