It's a 1979 Susan B Anthony on one side maybe looks like it's all copper. And on the other side has this thing does not turn but here are the pictures.

I believe it to be a lapel button, I certainly could be wrong wouldn't be the first time. That backing looks as if it is to go into the boutonnière hole on the lapel. What an odd piece and who it depicts makes it even more so as to why someone would wear it. To each his own I guess. Great find and job finding it.

The coin was likely used as some sort of lapel or tie pin or something similar to that!

I have hundreds of buffalo nickels (without date) that someone said would make nice cuff links, just wish I could I could find that person to sell them.
