EBay I believe has a tutorial on the different grading companies and how well to rate them. They may cost less, but you get what you pay for.

INB is not a legitimate company. The grades are inflated. But as with all grading/slabbing companies, Buy the Coin - Not the Slab. On occasion, INB does indeed slab a worthy coin. Sort of like the blind squirrel finding a nut.

Yeah, unfortunately, you can find companies out there that will put any grade on a coin you want, depending on what you pay.
