I am thinking a small die chip, it is not a doubled die.

I don't think it is a chip, it could be a clashed die or something similar. It isn't a double die since there is only "doubling" in the one specific place.

It's either a chip or metal pushed over from the top of the 5. It's not a clash and not a "doubled" die.
