Interesting that it slipped by the pros eyes. Thought they used a loupe to check for even the tiniest hairline faults. Ain't that what you pay em for?

Uncut sheets of Bills are available on eBay, from Coin Dealers and many other sources. It is quite easy for a common person to obtain a sheet and cut the Bills as seen in the post and then try to offer them as Mint Errors. Sometimes the Bills are Mint Errors but most often they are not. The Bill would have to be examined closely by a Grading Service and they would determine if the Error is genuine or not.
