Need help with this Penny found while Metal Detecting

I found this Penny Thursday while Metal detecting, I usually run the coins through the Tumbler to clean them then separate the copper and spending the zinc. This one came to my attention when looking at the dates, it seems to be struck wrong or something. Any help would be appreciated.

I added 2 more photos, I don't think it could have been sanded as the edge is very crude and not smooth. Thanks for the Input JG.
