Anyway, I posted this on friendly metal detectors earlier this week but the short story is I got a cool permission for an old farm field and here are a few of the finds.
The real is quite amazing....

Yes, it's an 1723 Hibernia 1/2 cent and a King George the II no date (17teens-40's I think)
