Help ID an Old, Perhaps Ancient Coin

Hello There!

I'm seeking help in identifying an old coin found in a box of foreign currency.

Copper. 24mm diameter (US quarter size). Thickness of a US dime (well worn). Reeded edge (not visible in photos).

The first thing that pops in my head when looking at the pictures is that one side has what looks like a menorah on it. Wouldn't swear to it, but it looks kind of like one. That may at least point you in the right direction.

I searched wreath and menorah coins with no results also wreath and shield no results.If the other side had more details it would help,what other countries coins were in with this coin that might give some starting points?
