I am not an expert on and not that familiar with Roman or other ancient coins but I do know coins and know what the appearance of genuine coins should be. I am sorry but in my honest opinion, the coins that you posted photos of, have the appearance of reproductions made to sell to unknowing tourists!

Agreed, even if they've been heavily cleaned and buffed, they look to be cast reproductions.

It would be helpful (when posting many coins) to designate which obverse goes with which reverse image; like using 1a and 1b; 2a and 2b, etc.

Others have already made observations about possibly cast coins and not genuine but to answer the question for the OP.

If the coins are in fact genuine, it is illegal to buy, sell, possess or export antiquities of which Roman coins would be considered.

If you are allow to sell them - STOP CLEANING THEM NOW. You have killed there price, I wouldn't even buy them it that condition.

Yes, leave those coins in their original condition if you can. Wash the dirt off, but, that's about it, if you plan on selling them. By cleaning them, you've reduced their value and limited the number of buyers who would be interested in them.
