Looks like a die crack to me brother. Not necessarily considered an error, but still cool!
When a die is run for too long in the press, it can crack causing metal to flow into it, leaving behind what you see on your coin. Die cracks generally increase interest but not souch value. But it's all about what interest you!
It really helps to be specific about what you see. If you're talking about the word America then those are linear plating bubbles. They are errors, but quite common, especially in that time period. No added value.
