Are these all examples of Mechanical Doubling? I just got a crappy little microscope yesterday and just wanted to confirm if I am seeing MD or there is nothing there at all. Thanks everybody for your help! Much appreciated.

All are md. Best way to remember is it's flat and shelf like. If you visually remove the doubling you will notice it takes away from the normal size of the device. True doubling will be at the same height and make the devices bigger. Also remember that you won't have localized doubling on an inner device, for instance one number inside the date.
