A few questions while you are making better images.

Is the horse image on the obverse a mirror image or a standard image?

Is the horse image on the obverse incuse or raised?

Hard to tell from your pictures, but my guess, it is a flip over restrike. It was struck once, and somehow made it back into the Blank Hopper, and struck again. It is a rarer error, and should be authenticated. Assuming I am right, it should be worth a few hundred dollars.
