Coin help please???

I have this 2009 penny and it looks like it has a double ear and a mark next to the mint mark going behind it that I thought might also be an error. Can you give me your opinions on these please so I know. Thank you.

Granted it's a 2009-D, but what variety of the four (log cabin, formative years, statehood, or presidency)? I'm not a good judge of seeing errors, but the experts will surely pipe in.

It's the log cabin. I also looked at it some more and it looks like doubling on some letters like in the word trust and in the word Liberty, especially the B. I'm uploading a couple more pics and one of the back.
