coin machine rejects this . on close scrutiny the coin is out of round at 0 & 180 degrees (.7075"), at 90 & 270 degrees the diameter is .7000". the minimal evidence of reeding suggests the collar die broke at 0 & 180 degrees preventing proper reeding. I do consider the obvious wear from circulation

a 2ND issue-- the copper raised circle at center of the reverse--- what up with that ???
