2014 penny with Defects?

Looks like it was struck from a die that was beginning to fail. Dies deteriorate and coins struck late in the die's life will show the wear and tear.

It seems there is a lot more defects in newer coins,than the older ones.Are they slacking off on quality control.

Clicking on pics shows better detail of errors. Last night I noticed the S on States ( back) looks Smaller because its cut off by inner line. Dont know if its worth anything, but hust as well save it.

It is simply a coin struck on extremely worn dies. It's only worth face.
