Not a proof, D mintmark, Denver did not make proof coins. 1957 Proof would be a Philadelphia minted coin.

Although circulated, the coin has MS details and if graded, it might actually get an MS-62 Grade. However, it would be a waste of money to have the coin certified, graded and holdered as it does not have a lot of value due to the high number of the 1957-D Cents minted.
