Not a cracked Die! It is a Lamination peel which most likely occurred outside of the Mint as a result of the damage on the coin but there is always a slim possibility that it occurred before the coin left the Mint.

Wait a few hundred or a few thousand years and maybe, or maybe not. Depends on how many are still around and the demand. But its in poor condition so even with a "flaw" or whatever , its not going to be worth much.
