Can anybody help me with these the one on the left has Kennedys face stamped on it facing lincolns i found it in my register and the other waS a gift

Nope. They are a complete novelty item.

I remember those from when I was a kid.You might find a collector who is looking for that coin but they were pretty much a novelty.

The card is worth more than the cent.

Novelty item, nothing else. Others are a stamp of a particular state, which I find to be much harder to find.
