Sorry about the sideways quarter I don't know how to edit it so I can straighten it out

Where is the doubling? Perhaps I am looking through the wrong field of my trifocals, but I see no sign of doubling.

Is it one of them 1970 Quarters with the fainted 1941 on the back of it
