This thing is rather interesting.
1984
Crack running from the rim next to the FG and follows through the coin to the upper left corner of the memorial and out of the rim.
Railroad rim on the obverse by the date.
The top of the letter I is missing in the word IN.
Assorted die chips.

Definite die crack.
Early zincs were notorious for the cracking at the corners of the memorial building. Some even have cracks at all 4.
But very very seldom do they actually connect from one corner to the next, through the building.

have several with that crack--- 1 has a large IDB in the crack midway up the steps.
