Periods after the day and year.

When I zoomed in, it was definitely a comma between the month and day. (and yes a "." after the year)

Just wondering if the original coin has been valued or validated?

Where do you see a comma, on which coin? The seated liberty that I used as an example, there's nothing between the month and day, just a period between the day and year.
I have not sent my coin in to be valued yet. And I'm not sure what you mean as to having it validated. Right now I've just been digging as much info up on engraved coins as I can, and trying to see if it really belonged to Arch wilkinson shaw. Eventually I do plan on having it graded, I have no idea what it will be worth.
