Welcome to the forum! You need to post pics of both sides of coins when asking value. Unfortunately, the coin you have is probably worth melt only.

8/30/12 using a Zircon m40 Stud Finder as a hand held pin pointer.

Welcome to T-Net! On this Walking Liberty Half, the mint mark, if any, would be found on the reverse at the 8 o'clock position.
On the 1916 and some 1917 WL half dollars, the mint mark, if any, would be found on the obverse under "IN GOD WE TRUST".
Then it was placed on the reverse.

Most likely only worth the melt value of the silver. It's not a low mintage year, and it's been handled/circulated and there's wear.
