Nothing is 100% foolproof. Best methods are low humidity storage using acid free albums/containers. In other than ideal conditions, I'd use something like a light coating of CoinCare or similar.

thanks for the tip..It would be really helpful to keep my coins safe. I did not know about a light coating of CoinCare before.I will try it
