Coinstar silver find

I found this 44 mercury dime in the coinstar reject tray today. Still waiting for my first silver from metal detecting (just started). Very exciting evening, after a long day at work.

If you can get permission to detect some of the older houses in a city as large as Chicago you should do very well. Start with friends and relatives. Congratulations on your first mercury. Good luck and happy hunting.

Coin star is programmed to reject silver. Incorrect weight for it to recognize. Lucky us! I'm always peaking in the reject drawer as I walk past.
