My wife and I had another great year of Coinstar finds.

I'm checking 3 coinstar machines every day on my drive home from work. My wife will check several machines on her way home as well.
Between my wife and myself we probably check close to 1,000 Coinstar machines a year! None of the machines were out of the way, we pass by them every day.

Totals for 2018 are:

727 Dimes
313 Quarters
275 Nickels
1,459 Pennies
197 Foreign Coins
92 Tokens
65 Silver Coins
Total Clad $ 179.29

That is an absolutely amazing haul. Do you get access to the reject trays or sit outside of a machine waiting for people to cash in their change? That's an amazing year of finds.

Great year for you both. I had a great streak going every week this summer, checking once a week. But it fizzled out. Congrats.

Coinstar machines can be a jackpot. I've found a pocketful of coins at least 10 times at coinstar. I think the most I've ever found at one was almost 300 coins.
