Went out to do my usual "Sunday circuit" of four CS machines and at my first stop I see the machine is being serviced. I gauge my timing and approach the guy, who turned out to be friendly as can be.

The biggest bit of info I got was that techs are now required to put contents of the "dirt cup" into a canvas bag within the machine for Loomis to pick up when the machine is full. Prior to that he said CS techs could keep anything found. :BangHead:

He got a kick out of the fact that there are collector forums where we compare CS findings.

Hard to believe it took the CoinStar owners this long to figure out what they were throwing away! Thanks for the information.
