Was at the market this evening and found this mix of change at the coinstar - I guess not technically in the coinstar - as someone had left them in a clear plastic jug on the ledge of the machine.

copper wheats: 1919, 1929, 1940, and the dirty one is 1925
1943 steel x2
5 Mexican pesos
7 Euro cents
20 obsolete French centimes
1 cent from Netherlands (1948 with Queen Wilhelmina)
1.10 Israeli shekel
1/2 pence from UK (1975)
1 corroded zinc cent

I keep them all and any foreign coins that are obsolete and won't be worth anything I make drink coasters out of with some clear resin and a round form. They make cool gifts. I also make coin rings so the bi metal coins are perfect for that.
