Can't he unban Himself ?

ERIE, Pa. (AP) -- A Pennsylvania man who won a $2,001 slot machine jackpot must forfeit the winnings and will be charged with trespassing, because he had previously banned himself from casinos under a state program for problem gamblers.

Under the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board's self-exclusion program, problem gamblers can choose to ban themselves from casinos for one year, five years or for life. Banned players are charged with criminal trespass if they enter a casino and must forfeit any winnings.

I'd say
"The Money's Mine --- MINE -- MINE !!!!!!!! "

Re: Can't he unban Himself ?

uh -- does the casino repay and losses from "banned" people who gamble there as well? -- if not pizz on that. and by the way ---uh who keeps the winnimgs of the banned "person"? the state or the casino?

sounds to me like the "fix" is in - the "banned" person can only lose and thus can NEVER WIN * -- is that how they "fix" a problem gambler ? -- sorry that just makes sure the poor sucker can not win anything ever , while the house / state "takes" his cash same as ever. ---not quite right .

Supposedly :

The money goes to a compulsive
and problem gambler treatment fund.

Which is probably used to
hire People to take more Money from Them.
