This was originally coined for a Canadian Liberal Prime Minister, but I believe Obama has recently been bestowed the same honor.
After giving a speech regarding the plight of the American Indian, at a large mid western reservation. The Chief joined Obama on the same platform, and told him that his comments were greatly appreciated. So appreciated in fact, they were going to give him the time honored Indian name of 'Walking Eagle', and presented it to him stitched into a leather scroll. Obama was clearly pleased with the honor. After arriving back in D.C., he proudly displayed the name and the scroll to a group of Boy Scouts visiting the White House. The scroll was quickly rolled up and taken away, when one of the scouts pointed out that "Walking Eagle" was a common name that Indians give to a bird, that is so full of crap it can no longer fly!
