It was a Pennsylvania newspaper. My godson sent this to me yesterday morning. (so, probably a NE Pa newspaper).

Wal-Mart: Police receive a report of a newborn infant found in a trash can. Upon investigation, officers discover it was only a burrito.

Some burrito's are the size of a baby and looks like they are wrapped in a diaper ::)
