One day, walk into their office and say something like, "Apple pie with sugar topping... Remember this!", and walk right out.

A month later, walk up to them, other than their office, and tell them that you've discovered time travel. When they ask for more details, tell them... "Wait... I'm going to leave the room for a second, go back in time, and tell you, "Apple pie with sugar topping". "

And then walk back into the room and say, "Do you believe me now?"
