ID:	632713In a Monday, April 30, 2012 photo, a sculpture resembling the Loch Ness monster rises out of the Chippewa River in Eau Claire, Wis. The sculpture appeared recently, but the artist who placed it there remains a mystery. The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources views the sculpture as an illegal obstruction in the river and wants the owner to remove it before the DNR does so.
