Not at the ranges where I've participated here in Mi.. Pick up your brass /steel hulls is stressed of course.
When formerly on a board at one club there were no round limits. I recall one guy fabbed up a brass catcher and put it to good use with volumes of spent brass.
Heck , even at blackpowder shoots when teams cut wood posts , shooting continued till post was cut. (not posts holding target boards...L.o.l.. One club charges a hundred dollars for shooting posts. Understandably.)

Outside of hunting regulations on number of rounds a gun can hold (with exception of tube fed rimfires ,and maybe lever action centerfires) till line is shut down to post and pull targets or for another reason. Smoke em if you got em.

I hear some ranges have all kinds of rules like no more than a shot per second or limit to rounds fired...kinda defeats having a place to shoot if you want to put a weapon thru it's paces. Glad I can walk out my front door and shoot whatever and however I want.
