do i just take my metal detector into a good arrowhead field and just start from there. or is copper extreamly rare

its extremly rare.......... usually found in the copper ranges of the northern states such as Michigan, Wisconsin , and Minnesota. There have been pieces found in other states on occasion but your best bet to find them is come here and detect.
