I figured everyone else was doing it, so why not me too?
So far in 2016 I have done the following:
$200.00 bag of nickels; 1 '45p War Nickel.
$1,000.00 bag of halves; 1 '67 Kennedy, 14 Car Wash tokens, crap load of foreign.
$60.00 CWR halves; Skunk.
2 Boxes of halves; Skunk on one, one lonely 69 in the other.
1 Box of dimes; Skunk, as usual. I freaking hate dimes.
$60.00 CWR dimes; Skunk.
$90.00 CWR quarters; Skunk.
$30.00 CWR pennies; odds and ends, but did find one IH and a solid roll of wheats.
Teller Tray Finds: three different trips to the same bank yielded a proof bicentennial half, a '65 and a '67. Amazing because I didn't find a single teller tray score ALL of last year, and I always asked/looked.
So, all in all, not a bad start to the year. I'll try and update as it happens with better stats -- not that anyone but me really cares.
